If we do not receive a 24 hour cancelation you may be charged a booking fee.
Fee Charges
1 hour service - $20.00
2 hour service - $50.00
3 hour service - $75.00-$100.00
These charges will only apply if we do not receive a 24 hours cancelation notice before your appointment time. We understand that things happen that is out of your control so each stylist may charge, reduce, or exempt fees for any client.
We schedule appointments for each person individually and want to make each appointment a special experience. If you are running late, please call to let us know. We may have to cut your appointment short. This will allow us to stay on time and not keep other clients waiting. You will still be charged full price for the service. Thanks for understanding.
We offer consultations for all our services at no extra charge to you. Estimated time of consultation 10-15 minutes. This can be done same day as the service.
Each consultation will need to be made at least two days before your event; this will allow us to better serve you, and help you feel and look your very best for your special day. We allow only one consultation up-do trial at no charge, any additional trials will be regular price. We require a $65 non-refundable deposit when scheduling your up-do for wedding photo’s and, your wedding day. Each deposit will go towards the cost of your appointments.
We are “by appointment only” Salon. Appointments are scheduled by each individual stylist. If you are a new client and you don’t have a stylist. Any one of us can schedule your appointment for you.
If you’re a new client booking an appointment for the first time you will be asked for a Credit Card to hold your appointment. If you do not show for your appointment, or cancel your appointment you may be charged a booking fee.
We take Check, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. We do not take out of state checks.
A $45.00 Charge on all returned checks.
If you are unhappy with your service. Please tell us before you leave. We will gladly take care of issues you may have with any service received, but once you pay for a service, and leave the Salon, We will not give a refund. We will be happy to re-do any service at no charge to you as long as you notify us within 48 hours of the service provided. After that you will be charged as another service.
We will be glad to exchange any product (with comparable pricing) you’re not happy with, but will not give refunds without approval from owner.
We don’t mind children in the Salon, but do expect you as the parent or caregiver of the children in the salon to control the behavior of them while in the Salon, or we will assume you don't’ mind if we do it for you. Please respect that there are other clients in the salon, and we want them to enjoy their visit.
Consultation required for pricing. When a price has been determined there will be a required deposit to hold your appointment, which will be non refundable if you do not show for your appointment. Deposit will be a percentage of the cost for your extensions and will go towards the cost.
